Marlene C. Francia started taking photographs of people, places, and wildlife at age fifteen. She has written and photographed for the National Film Board of Canada and Action Against Hunger, contributed to and been vetted by CNN iReport, among others. She is also a visual anthropologist, a documentary filmmaker, and a multi-media creative communications specialist.
